We were able to trace the history of the German tin toy plane that rotates slowly around the clock face after being key wound (included).
Tin plane is marked “GeLy,” for toy manufacturer Georg Levy, which operated from 1920 – 1971 in Nuremberg, Germany. This model is pre-WWII.
Dimensions: 13.5” H x 6.5”D base. Dial 5.5”D. Plane extends 3” above clock when at noon.
