The Bantam Midget is a replica 1930s model race car or Spindizzy used by hobbyists. The front bar would be attached to a center pole by a cable on an oval banked wooden track and the model could reach up to 70 mph. The cars were powered by model airplane engines. Our version has a hinged hood with visible engine (not motorized). Beautifully detailed and high quality green enamel coating with engine-turned aluminum dashboard and wire spoked wheels.
